3. To receive apologies for absence.

5. To confirm the dates and time of the meetings for 2023/24.

6. To confirm membership of the Finance & General Purposes and Planning Committees.

7. To confirm membership of the working parties.

8. To appoint representatives to vacancies on outside bodies.

9 To review standing orders and Financial Regulations

10. To agree the signatories for the council bank and investment accounts.

11. To agree the standing orders and direct debits on the council current account.

12. To review the asset register and deeds held by the council.

13. To confirm that the Council has attained the necessary requirements for the General Power of Competence
