    To approve, in the Parish Council’s capacity as Custodial Trustee of the Radlett Village Institute, the signing of a one-year lease agreement for the small first-floor office. (Please note that the Parish Council is acting solely as Custodial Trustee and is not being asked to approve, review or amend the terms of the agreements )
